During my recent trip to Singapore, I had the opportunity to dine at Sofra restaurant. Its a Turkish cuisine restaurant located at 100 Beach Road, #02-42 Shaw Towers, Singapore .
The ambiance is good, dim with lots of coloured lights and candles. There was a good variety to pick from, Salads,Breads, Kebab, pastries and meaty platters. Lots of Olive Oil bringing out the texture in the food. Top of it all of with the sweet Baklava…hmmmm….me definitely coming back here!
