Fun Krabi

To really experience whole of Krabi, you’ll need a solid 3 days at least, excluding your travel days. Otherwise its not really worth the trip.

You’ll need 1 full day for island hopping and another 2 day to explore and do things in Krabi itself like canoeing, swimming in hot spring and pools, elephant riding, ATV, hiking etc plus shopping of course!:-)

We stayed at Krabi Resort and Spa, the one and only resort with a private beach in Ao nang.

i would rate this place 3 out of 5. Food is good here and Beach bungalows are really spacious.

DSC_0016 DSC_0013 DSC_0017 Ao Nang is pretty laid back, lots of shops for beach stuff, knick nacks, t-shirt, outlets for divers, and not forgetting restaurant with yummy delicious Thai cuisine.

Things we did…

Canoeing  at the mangrove swamp

Go for the bumpy Elephant ride, if you lucky it may take a shower, while you are sitting on it!

Krabi - Royal Tandoor Indian Food, Ao Anang

DSC_0121
Drop in any time of the day for Masala Tea and Samosa for Tea, Tandoori, Naan,  Chicken Tikka Masala for Dinner, Banana Pancakes for Breakfast and YOU WILL NEVER BE DISSAPOINTED. At least, i know i wasnt. Food are made according to your taste buds, spicy , medium spicy, you choose!
Friendly and chatty staffs as well. Seems to have few branches in Thailand itself . Serves not only Indian, but Thai & Western too. The tandoori was one of the best i have tasted!!

Krabi – Aning Restaurant, Ao Nang

Do visit this restaurant for your lunch or dinner. One of the places i would recommend with very good service and nice view and atmosphere. They serve Mexican, Pizzas and Thai food.
